I recruited Peter into the position of IT Strategy and Business Process Manager at Progressive Enterprises. My best description of Peter is as a pragmatic strategist. He showed a very good understanding of business processes and how IT strategy could change those processes.
He proved very effective at leading a team of senior people to develop strategies into portfolios of projects that met business requirements effectively and were led by the business owners. Peter added significant business value to Progressive during his time there.
